Mamma Essentials
Grow Wild invites mothers who are seeking to regenerate and find balance by connecting with other mothers and their babies in beautiful, tranquil natural environments.
DETAILS
Our mornings will consist of a gentle walk, connection practises involving breath work, still points and tuning in. We will sit together and share tea and sweetness and allow nature to hold us gently.
The walks are gentle to medium effort with our focus on the journey rather than the destination.
Once released into the wild
10am to 12pm (possibly earlier in summer)
Sisters in Stillness
Grow Wild is offering women a quiet moment in nature to connect to oneself, others and a beautiful environment in silence, grace and gratitude. The benefits of this nourishing time are to create a sense of grounding, feeling calm and being able listen carefully to your inner landscapes by tuning in to the nature around you. It is a moment to share a common love of our wildness amongst women, without the essence being lost in words.
DETAILS
We will arrive in silence, walk gently to a beautiful meditation site. We will then find a comfortable place and meditate for a timed period (this meditation will vary in methods) and then walk back to the starting point, closing our circle of silence.

“Adventurous experiences out-of-doors are perceived to kindle the enthusiasm of the young, to develop their concern for others, for their community and for the environment. Such experiences provide the means of self-discovery, self-expression and enjoyment which are at once both stimulating and fulfilling.
“It thus emerges that, for young people and adults alike, outdoor adventure is perceived as a vehicle for building values and ideals, for developing creativity and enterprise, for enhancing a sense of citizenship, and for widening physical and spiritual horizons.”
– Lord Hunt of Llanfair Waterdine, KC, CBE, DSO –
